DJ and music producer Max Hurrell is back - and he has made a hot remix of Police Minister Bheki Cele's speech!
First Minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma and now Minister Bheki Cele. Max Hurrell is definitely on a roll to make South Africans laugh.
On Friday, Police Minister Bheki Cele dropped another unexpected jaw-dropper.

Cele said that smokers who smoke outside of their houses should be able to provide receipts to show where they bought their cigarettes and if the purchase was indeed legal.
During his address to the nation and media, Cele said police should know “where you got the cigarette” because “buying the cigarette is illegal”.

This now iconic phrase was Max Hurrell's inspiration for his latest remix.
