Whoopi Goldberg shares exciting news about 'Sister Act 3'

"We're working diligently to try to figure out how to get the gang together and come back," Whoopi Goldberg said on 'The Late Late Show with James Corden'.

The legendary Whoopi Goldberg, who is one of a few people to who have won a Grammy, Oscar, and Tony, shared some exciting news on 'The Late Late Show with James Corden'.

Goldberg said that they are may be working on 'Sister Act 3'.

Goldberg played the role of Deloris Van Cartier (Sister Mary Clarence), a lounge singer hiding from the mob in a convent, back in 1992.

"So, we're working diligently to try to figure out how to get the gang together and come back," Goldberg said

Goldberg continued by saying the films, 1992's 'Sister Act' and 1993's 'Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit', were "fun and it feels good."

In 2017, Goldberg and cast members from the beloved 1992 film reunited on 'The View' for a joyful performance of 'I Will Follow Him' in honour of the film’s 25th anniversary.

It was the first time the cast had reunited since filming the hit movie.
