Will Smith gets therapy after infamous Oscars slap

Will Smith has reportedly been working on his mental health since he slapped comedian Chris Rock at the Oscars.

American actor Will Smith slapped Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscar awards ceremony after Rock made a joke about Smith's wife Jada Pinkett Smith’s shaved head.

Smith broke his silence and apologised on Instagram. 

"My behavior at last night's Academy Awards was unacceptable and inexcusable."

Smith later resigned from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and the Academy later banned Smith from its events for 10 years.

It was recently reported that Smith is getting therapy after the incident.

As for his wife Jada Pinkett Smith, she returned with the fifth season of her popular talk show, 'Red Table Talk', where she mentioned that the family has been focussing on "deep healing."
