CCTV captures moment driver ploughs down three pedestrians
One man was captured on CCTV footage mowing down three people including a minor after and argument sparked the outrage. A man in a red Chevrolet Aveo sped past, taking three people along with him.
The man was believed to be arguing with a group of women when he apparently threw a drink over them, this was the start of the argument. The group of people proceeded to chase after the vehicle but the car sped away.
What they did not know was that the vehicle and drive was coming back - from behind them.
It suddenly appeared from nowhere and reversed right into two women, including a young child.
