Cliff Pinto also known as 'Pigspotter'
Updated | By The Complimentary Breakfast
Pigspotter is the man who has been keeping Twitter users up to date with the latest traffic problems and the hideouts of unlawful traffic police officers.

Pigspotter has now been revealed as Cliff Pinto. He came into studio to talk about why he does what he does, and about spotting the most corrupt officials in South Africa.
Pigspotter has been warning motorists about roadblocks, speed traps and other police activities on Gauteng roads since 2010. It was only in mid-2015 that his cover was blown and his identity revealed when he accused a reality show participant of fleeing a fatal accident scene.
The idea of becoming a “spotter” came after Cliff realised that some traffic officials were putting up roadblocks and speed traps not for safety reasons but for monetary reasons.
He decided to use Twitter as his main tool to inform the public about traffic roadblocks and speed traps because it is instantaneous and it reaches a wider audience.
He spotted the most corrupt officials and identified the hotbeds of corruption and bribery.
Listen, to hear what he had to say.
