Dramatic footage shows Hawks allegedly holding SARS staff hostage
A dramatic event showing illegal actions from SARS, HAWKS, NPA and incompetence from SAPS involving Vlok Symington being held hostage against his will. SARS Lawyer Vlok tells Tom Moyane to "voetsek" as the Pravin Gordon is brought up.
Sars deputy director of law, Vlok Symington has laid several charges against the Hawks over an alleged incident at the Sars headquarters in Pretoria.
Video footage has surfaced showing the Hawks holding Symington and his colleagues hostage.
A number of charges have been laid include kidnapping, intimidation, assault and robbery.
Vlok Symington claims he was held against his will in the Sars boardroom by Hawks officers and the bodyguard of Sars Commissioner Tom Moyane.
