Pedestrians in the Eastern Cape caught on camera looting a moving truck

Pedestrians from Butterworth in the Eastern Cape were caught on camera by a bystander looting a moving truck. The truck was robbed of its load of soft drinks during the day.

A truck was moving while pedestrians saw an opportunity to start removing a number of soft drinks from the vehicle. The incident took place in Butterworth in the Eastern Cape and was caught on camera.
The video has been doing its rounds on social media with many in absolute disbelief. Police have commented saying that they have identified a number of the culprits but they are waiting for the driver to open a case first.
This is nothing new, but a moving truck?
