Rudi Claase and Charne Hugo join us in studio!

This morning we were treated to the soothing sounds of Die Lieflinge - Rudi Claase and Charne' Hugo. 

Over the past few years Rudi has faced his fair amount of struggles in finding that the perfect singing partner is not easy. However, he has now found someone perfectly fitting with Charne' Hugo. Together they have released the double platinum album, Asemrowend. Together their voices match in perfect harmony and one cannot help but get lost in their music. Their album consists of 13 Afrikaans and 12 English tracks that have been carefully selected, composed and together with a symphonic orchestra, have created a work of art that touches the heart. 

Through all of this, Rudi announced that he was to get married to a partner 11 years his senior. Rudi met Suzette Booysen through a mutual friend  and fast realized that they both had mutual romantic feelings for each other. They both have publicly said that they could not be any happier. Both have been married previously but were unhappy. 

We wish Rudi and Suzette all the best with their journey ahead.
