Man offers free trip around the world to anybody with the same name as his ex-girlfriend

Axani, who planned the trip with his now ex-girlfriend, has decided that he doesn't want the trip of a lifetime to go to waste. He is still planning on going, he says, but his ex is not - understandably, perhaps. The only catch is that your name has to be Elizabeth Gallagher. Oh, and you have to be Canadian. A name change is not an option, he says.

 

 

“Anyone familiar with the archaic system that is modern air travel will know that a name change on a ticket is damn near impossible,” he wrote on Reddit, where the ticket was first offered. “Moreover, the flights were purchased during a massive blow-up on Priceline and were frankly so cheap and on so many different airlines that they’re not worth the headache or money to cancel.”

 

 

Axani states that he is not looking for anything other than somebody to take the ticket off his hands. The full post is below.
