Sascoc have just launched a new video encouraging Team SA to "rise" as athletes begin the final stretch of preparation for the Rio 2016 Olympics later this year.
South African Athletes are entering the final stretch of preparations for the Rio 2016 Olympics and Sascoc wants South Africa to get behind the teams.
The video starts of highlighting a few of the recent movements that we have seen in South Africa such as #FeesMustFall and #RacismMustFall and then progresses into a feel good video that will give you goosebumps.
It highlights the importance of sport and how unity through sport can bring about positive change.
