Another South African to join The Daily Show
Updated | By The Late Show
Loyiso Madinga is the latest South African to go international, as he joins The Daily Show with Trevor Noah.
He will be the African correspondent for The Daily Show, handpicked by Trevor Noah himself.
The internationally acclaimed Noah says: "As wild as Donald Trump is for America, many countries around the world have Trumps of their own and since The Daily Show is in many countries, we thought why not give each country a chance to show off their stable geniuses?"
Loyiso’s first African field report is reportedly from the ANC elective conference. It airs on Comedy Central at 21:30 on Thursday.
The young comedian was also the 2014 Savanna Newcomer Award Winner.
