The South African rocker along with guitarist, Jedd Kossew, serenaded a patient in hospital on Wednesday - moving those in the ward to tears.
Mia Botha has been in hospital for 10 weeks already.
The Late Show's Carla Mackenzie spoke to Botha who is also a close friend of hers to hear all about the special moment.
Botha says she's overwhelmed by the gesture and is at a loss for words.
It's not the first time the lead singer of Fokofpolisiekar has done something special for a fan - he performed a special musical surprise for a decorated South African game ranger on The Scenic Drive in October.
