Hillbrow tossing: Furniture, people and now this
Hillbrow residents are known for tossing out their furniture
from the balcony.
It’s in the past been seen as a bit of a New Year’s Eve tradition.
Residents of Hillbrow usually throw broken microwaves, stoves and couches from their balconies on New Year’s Eve to mark a new start.
In the latest incident, a TV was thrown from the 8th floor and of course bystanders were there to capture it all on camera.
The TV landed on a parked vehicle with two people sitting inside.
Social media users were quick to throw around conspiracy theories about why and the comments are nothing short of hilarious!
