Breakfast for Goddesses - chocolate pot of amazingness

The name says it all! Try this one and you'll feel and look like a million bucks every morning!

This is a really quick breakfast idea that is full of goodness, rich in healthy fats, antioxidants and will last you for hours. Raw cocoa is nature's miracle food, so use it whenever you can.

 

Ingredients:

• 1.5 Cups Full Fat Greek Yoghurt
• 1.5 Tbs Raw Organice Cocoa Powder
• 2 tsp Xylotil
• 3 tsp chia seeds
• 1 tsp Cinnamon (optional but delicious)
• 2 Tbs Sunflower Seeds
• 1 Tbs Linwoods ground flaxseed and nut almonds, Brazil nuts, walnuts, Co-enzyme Q10 (optional but full of goodness)
• 1 Tbs dried coconut shavings

 

 

Method:

1. In bowl, mix your yoghurt, xylitol, raw cocoa powder, cinnamon and chia seeds until combined.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and give it another stir.

3. Serve with a sprinkle of cocoa. Enjoy!
