You Won't Be Sleeping In Your Bed After Watching This Video!
Updated | By The Lounge
This video gives GROSS a whole new meaning!

How often do you change your sheets? Once a week, a month, a year!?
How often you wash your sheets probably doesn't matter because your mattress is teaming with millions of dust mites. This video, released by The Ohio State University Acarology Lab, will make your skin crawl knowing you are going to bed laying just a few millimeters away from this......
Each mite is about a quarter of a millimeter long, it has many legs and drops around 20 yellow droppings a day. Bed bugs thrive on human skin and like humid conditions. So a mattress inside a house where the windows are not often open is the ideal environment for them to make themselves at home.
On a more cringe-worthy note scientist reckon that 10% of the weight of a 2-year-old pillow is made up of dust mites and dead skin!?!?! GROSS!
Sleep Tight don't let the Bed Bugs bites ;)
