Bizarre! How does a tree bear fruit in the shape of women?

Reports circulating of a 'sacred tree' in Thailand has the World Wide Web divided over what could explain the phenomenon of fruit growing in the shape of women?

While details on this are currently scant, it would appear that the fruit from this tree depicts a Nariphon - a tree in Buddhist mythology which grows the fruit of young female creatures.
