Updated | By Lee-Roy Wright
It's not everyday that you hear of a man wanting to be sent back to jail while completing his community service, right? Well, for one individual, this is exactly what he did.

Talk about being lazy! Sean Smullen begged an officer to throw him back in jail after complaining that waking up at 08:45am was too early to start community service.
Guess what the sheriff did? Well, a court ordered Smullen to go back to jail for just six months, this comes after the fact that he was praised for his honestly.
Stunned Sheriff Lindsay Foulis told Smullen as he was sending him down: “At least your frankness does you credit.”
Moments earlier he had been about to sentence Smullen to unpaid work after he admitted three charges of making threats.
Lawyer Paul Ralph told Perth Sheriff Court: “He won’t be able to comply. Therefore, Smullen was ordered back into jail for six months. He claimed that he would not be able to get up in time for early morning community service shifts.
