A pregnant mom's cravings almost cost her, her house. Literally.
Updated | By Kriya Gangiah
Sometimes pregnant women have the most bizarre cravings especially an English woman who ate her own HOUSE.
You’ve probably heard of the weirdest things women crave for when they’re preggies, but this is completely insane.
A pregnant woman with a bizarre craving for bricks, mortar and soil ate her own house. The 30-year-old care worker from Liverpool hid her unusual habit from her husband and friends for 6 months.
But she was forced to confess after her husband complained their house was crumbling and said he was going to phone their landlord.
Her cravings began three months into her first pregnancy with her son, after watching a program about builders. What tv can do to you?!
She was later diagnosed with Pica, a compulsive urge to eat non-food items and says she was relieved to be told she "wasn't crazy."
Did you have a strange pregnancy craving?
