Aunty Loo gave away her secret on how she managed to look so good at the age of a 100! Watch her great chat with Martin on her favourite chair in her Krugersdorp home.
Aunty Louise or as she is affectionately known, Aunty Loo, was born on the 5th of April 1916. She lives alone in her Krugersdorp home. She only had one child, a son, who passed away when he was 11 years old. Her husband passed away in 1994. At the age of 100 - she still cooks and cleans the house herself.
Aunty Loo's talents range from clothing design to baking wedding cakes - which she still does. In 2006 she had a major operation where she was declared dead but returned to life after 15 minutes - something she regards to be an act of God.
Despite her advance age and challenges she continues to face - Aunty Loo continues to serve her community, her church and never says no to an opportunity to help a fellow man.
Aunty Loo is simply an extroadinary human being
