Clever marketing or an ex getting their revenge?
Updated | By Jacaranda FM
This has got to be one of the most ingenious ways of getting back at your ex without having one-on-one contact with them.

Dating is difficult without the awkward space that couples are left in when things are no longer working out.
That horrid saying, "It's not you, it's me", has long become something of the past as many daters try to remain true to themselves.
We are not certain if this antic was true, but we do admire the level of dedication that came from a guy who was left broken-hearted after his girl broke up with him.
A motorist shared a short snippet of a large sign they noticed while driving along a road in Australia.
The sign was stretched across a large canvas and read: "Hey Sophia, you broke up with me because I was poor, now I have money to open a Korean BBQ, are you regretting it now?"
Sounds pretty petty, right? Perhaps, but it served its purpose by getting your attention.
As much as we would like to believe the petty nature of this skit, we are also not certain that this was real.
We think it might've been a marketing skit trying to get people's attention. What better way to get people's attention than by spilling some tea while also marketing your new Korean BBQ?

Breaking up is never easy but this was a great way to use the story line in his favour.
And isn't that what great marketing is, being able to tell a story with your brand?
