Dad: 'Moms, when you're yelling at the children, what should we do?'
Updated | By Jacaranda FM
A valid question that dads from everywhere need answered.
Dads sometimes aren't quite sure where they stand when it comes to reprimanding the kids.
There is a definite partnership when it comes to parenting and making sure you both are on the same page, but sometimes, it can get tricky.
One dad, Dustin Anderson, asked a very valid and important question on TikTok recently. He was wondering what all moms want dads to do when they are in the middle of yelling at the kids...
It is a bit of an awkward position to be in when there's no notice of when the yelling will start.

Many moms jumped onto the comment section to share their answers:
- "If she’s yelling “it’s not my job to clean up your stuff all the time” she’s also yelling at you a little bit too."
- "The worst is if you yell too. We will go from angry at kids to protective mama bear in a heartbeat."
- "As an African, if a mum is yelling at her kids she's also indirectly yelling at her husband 🤣 so you need to listen intently"
- "Honestly, by that point, you’re now, seen as one of the children…. Hide"
- "There is usually a pre-yelling state… THAT is the moment to back her up. “Didn’t you hear mom? Give her a YES MA’AM right now”. That will do wonders."
