An eyebrow fail that raised some eyebrows on TikTok
A woman started something online when she shared her eyebrow tinting fail...
Taking care of yourself is something that is strongly linked to self-care and believe it or not, mental health.
Like that old saying, when you look good, you feel good.
One woman was ticking the boxes on her self-care routine but was unpleasantly surprised when her eyebrow tinting went south.
In a video, a TikToker shows us the colour tint she bought to tint her eyebrows.
She has light hair, lightish orange and wanted to match her brows. But things started going wrong when she noticed the henna tint was turning too dark.
That's when she decided to start taking it off, but it was too late.

It seems she hadn't tried tinting with henna before. Sometimes DIY-ing beauty treatments aren't the way to go.
Many people commented with advice.
- "So future reference: Henna will always be darker the longer you keep it on, be it on the skin, hair, anywhere it will stain darker. You want it lighter don’t keep it on for a long time."
- "When I was a kid I gave myself a pentagram henna tattoo before church camp and alchohol/polish remover got it off no problem!!!! Make sure you moisturize good after though!"
- "Use a bit of coconut oil or cleansing balm to remove that tough top layer and then it should fade out"
She posted an update on how it went and it turns out it wasn't that bad, but that took a lot of scrubbing...
