Oops! Did an Aston Martin just rear-end that taxi?
Updated | By Jacaranda FM/Udesha Moodley-Judhoo
This might be the worst luck ever, but it could've been worse.

Taxi drivers in South Africa are not known for following the rules of the road.
If we had to take a vote, chances are 90% of drivers would have a complaint or two about them. While they may not be the most courteous on the road, they certainly keep other motorists on their toes.
This time, however, it wasn’t a taxi driver causing chaos – it was an unexpected driver who caught one off guard.
For some reason, after watching this video, we can't help but hear 'Ridin' by Chamillionaire playing in the background of our minds.
In a video posted on Instagram, a taxi comes to a stop at a traffic
circle, waiting for a Checkers Sixty60 driver to pass. Suddenly, another
vehicle crashes into the taxi’s rear – allegedly an Aston Martin.
It’s not something you see every day, which is why social media users were both surprised and amused.
While accidents are no laughing matter, that didn’t stop people from sharing their reactions to this unexpected turn of events.
Watch the video from Instagram below.
One person wrote: "When taxis follow the rules, the rest of us don't know how to react."
Another commented on the irony behind it all: "For once, the taxi was not at fault."
Some took this as an opportunity to complain: "He wouldn’t know they don’t indicate. They own the roads."
"This is the first time I've seen a taxi stop after being hit."
