That might sound absurd to some people, but this young girl's reaction speaks volumes about her eating habits.

You wouldn't usually associate broccoli with Christmas unless you serve it as a steamed side dish during Christmas lunch.
We can attest to stories of parents struggling to get their kids to eat broccoli. Let's face it: it might not be the most appealing vegetable, so we cannot blame them.
Even though smelly broccoli isn't the first choice for many, it has a host of health benefits; not only is it filled with vitamins, minerals, and bioactive compounds, but it also helps with blood sugar levels and is said to support heart health.

A child who completely surprised us with her Christmas gift reaction has won our hearts over. In a video posted on Instagram, we see the young girl dressed in a cute Santa dress unwrapping her Christmas gift.
She sits on the floor and excitedly rips apart the wrapping paper. When she gets to the gift and realises that it is a head of broccoli, we are surprised to see her jump up in excitement and hug the broccoli as if it were a plush toy.
The young child then jumps up and down and everyone giggles and laughs in excitement with her.
