This is truly wholesome to watch...
There's a big stress in our country to educate our teens about teenage pregnancies.
As much as it cannot always be avoided, managing the circumstances so that scholars can complete their studies is important to us as a country.
An example of the type of culture or community that we should be aspiring to was displayed recently on TikTok by a student mother who is attending classes.
The video was shared on another account but stated the following: "I didn't have a babysitter so I brought my son to class and told my professor sorry I didn't want to miss class. He said, 'It's okay, let me see him' and held him the whole time he went over our test."
What a professor he is!

Even with protection, education, and guidance, sometimes life happens and as community members, we should choose to use our positions to assist instead of judge and demean.
This professor's small action wasn't actually small at all, it was a huge leap into what educators could do for their students who want to learn.
His actions could potentially lift this young woman's life into the direction of success, and that's saying a lot.
