Mom sends baby to gran's house and baby returns with no hair
Can you imagine dropping your kid off at your mother's house and finding her without hair when you return...
There's something about the bond between a mother and child that not everyone gets.
One mother who was quite attached to her baby's hair was shocked to see a picture of her baby without any hair while she was visiting grandma.
Tawana, who comes from a Zimbabwean background, says that she usually sends her baby to her mother's house once a week for a visit... but this visit was traumatising for her.

Tawana said that her baby, River, usually gets some one-on-one time with her maternal grandmother once a week. If she is not there, she is with her paternal grandma.
But this time things took a terrible turn.
On a night out, Tawana had a rude awakening that her mother had taken the liberty to cut her baby's hair off. Tawana explained how stunning her baby's hair was.
She felt that her hair was healthy and even though many Zimbabweans believed the baby's hair should be removed after birth, she was against that belief.
