Mouse gets too close for comfort inside moving vehicle

Some might say that the popular cartoon from millennial childhood, Tom and Jerry, set us up to fail when considering the relationship between a cat and a mouse.
We confidently say this after watching our fair share of cat-and-mouse videos. Tom and Jerry supported the fallacy that cats almost always eat mice. Ironically, this cartoon showed us how Jerry, a little mouse, was always able to outsmart his larger counterpart, Tom.
For cat mom, Emily Brawley, it was to her utter dismay that her cat didn't have the same spark possessed by Tom, who had a will at the very least to chase after Jerry.

In a video she posted on TikTok, a mouse behaves like it was performing an extreme sport inside her car. The video shows the mouse lunging from the seat to the dashboard, inspecting the air vents, and then travelling over the dashboard toward the steering wheel.
People were shocked she hadn't met with an accident and said as much. One person said, "See, this would’ve made me crash." Another said, "I would’ve wrecked and had a heart attack."

A person commented, advising Brawley to get a cat, but Brawley later posted a video of her cat, who didn't get the memo on how to get rid of mice.
