Toddler explains what she believes 'love' means

"Love is about helping people and being kind..."
Have you ever stopped to ask a child what they understand love to mean?
Maybe you have and have been pleasantly surprised to hear how a child defines love.
As we approach year-end, we want to encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect, not just with yourself, but with your families.
A child was videoed answering a variety of questions about love.
It was a filming of a podcast and the toddler had her headset on and was very engaged in the conversation.
What we love the most about engaging in conversations with toddlers about serious topics is that they are always honest, regardless of what they think you want to hear and what they feel should be said.
Watch how she responded to the questions about love. It is extremely inspiring...

You heard it best from this toddler, "We have to love ourselves..."
If you are going through something right now, if life is not sitting right with you, don't forget that sometimes you have to focus your attention inward for things to work out on the outside.
Take some time to learn how to love yourself, as if you don't, then you are doing a disservice to yourself.
