WATCH: A group of strangers stop a woman from jumping off a bridge

Everyone's states of mind is different. Some people can keep it together on the outside while breaking inside, and then others struggle overall.

There are even people who just openly admit to not being able to handle what life throws at them, regardless.

The mind can control you to the point of no return.

So when we hear about suicides, as much as it can be heart-wrenching, it is something that many people cannot understand. 

In this case, a woman was caught on camera standing on a bridge, contemplating jumping off the bridge.
