If you're wondering what it takes to overcome certain challenges and stay at the top of your game during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, this clip shared by former Springbok coach Rassie Erasmus is worth watching.

In the clip, Erasmus talks to his players about having a "warrior" mentality and how talent alone isn't enough. The video appears to be from a camp during the preparations for the 2019 World Cup in Japan, which the Boks won (in case you had forgotten).

While the clip itself is about rugby, the message is relevant to other aspects of our lives. To get to the finish line, we have to have big hearts, put our fears aside, and face our challenges.

Erasmus emphasised that he wanted players with a warrior-like mentality, saying that he would not pick players who were afraid of physical confrontations.

"You can have the least amount of talent, but you have to be a warrior," Erasmus explained in the widely shared video.
