Dad shares genius way to help babies learn how to walk
Updated | By Lethu Ndimande
Do you have a toddler? If so, then this one is for you!
A clever father is using a smart trick to help teach his baby to walk, with the help of a hula hoop.
The video shows Gerry Bell dangling the hoop over his 10-month-old son Cayden, who immediately grabs onto it. Cayden then starts making his way down the hallway at their home in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.
According to Mail Online, Gerry and his wife Katherine came up with the hula hoop idea because they are quite tall and it was difficult for them to continuously bend over while teaching their son to walk.
Gerry said that he was amazed by the reception for the technique and was surprised that no one had thought of it before.
