Daredevils can now zip line off the Eiffel Tower
Updated | By Lee-Roy Wright
If you're into death-defying stunts, then this definitely will be up your alley.
If seeing the Eiffel Tower wasn't enough for you, you can now zip line from it too.
The new attraction, which was installed to promote the French Open, is called La Perrier Smash and will be running from 5 to 11 June. The aim is to provide thrill-seekers with spectacular views of the city. It might only be for a short while, but tourists and fans of the sport have flocked to try out the new craze.
Set at an astounding 375 feet above the ground, thrill seekers get to zip to the ground at over 55 miles per hour (about 90 kilometers per hour). The ride lasts for about a minute and runs from the tower to the L’École Militaire.
If you're a true thrill seeker and can't make it to Paris, watching this video below will definitely get your palms sweaty.
Ready?
Some couldnt resist and had to film themselves taking a ride on this one-of-a-kind zip line.
