WEATHER: More rain expected

Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected in the western interior of the Northern Cape, West Coast District, Central Karoo and the Breede River Valley of the Western Cape.
Severe thunderstorms are expected in the western parts of the North West Province and north-western parts of the Free State.
Gauteng: Cloudy in the morning, otherwise partly cloudy and cool with isolated showers and thundershowers but warm in places in the north.

Mpumalanga: Morning and evening fog patches on the high ground, otherwise cloudy and cold to cool with isolated showers and thundershowers, becoming partly cloudy in the west from the afternoon.

Limpopo: Morning and evening fog patches along the escarpment, otherwise cloudy and cool to warm with isolated light showers and rain in the east and thundershowers expected in the south-west.
Polokwane: 13 / 19
North West: Cloudy in the north-east in the morning where it will be cool, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to hot with isolated thundershowers but scattered in the west from late afternoon.
Rustenburg: 16 / 25
Free State: Cloudy in the north-east in the morning where it will be cool, otherwise partly cloudy and warm with isolated thundershowers mainly from afternoon.
Bloemfontein: 14 / 26
Northern Cape: Partly cloudy and cool along the coast with morning and evening fog patches, otherwise fine and hot to very hot in places over the interior. It will be extremely hot in places over the western parts. It will become partly cloudy with isolated thundershowers in the north-east.
Kimberley: 16 / 29
Western Cape: Fine and hot to very hot over the interior. It will be extremely hot over the interior of the West Coast District. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south-easterly but strong easterly in the south and south-west.
Cape Town: 19 / 31
Eastern Cape: Fine and warm but cool along the coast. The wind along the coast will be light north-easterly becoming moderate to fresh easterly towards afternoon.
Port Elizabeth: 13 / 22
KwaZulu-Natal: Cloudy with morning fog patches in places over the interior, becoming partly cloudy later with isolated thundershowers. It will be cloudy along the coast with showers at first and in the evening.
