David Makhura: Youth facing a major drug problem

Gauteng Premier David Makhura on Monday morning addressed a group of Gauteng citizens, drawn from the public and private sector in commemoration of the 40th Anniversary of the youth month. The group consisted mostly of 40-year-olds who are a bridge between two significant periods in the history of South Africa. They were the first cohort of young people eligible to vote in 1994.
