Deputy Chief Justice Moseneke bids farewell

Deputy Chief Justice Dikgang Moseneke delivered his last judgment in the Constitutional Court on Friday on his last day before retirement.

The Concourt was packed as Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng, amongst others, bid him farewell.
