A full bench of Constitutional Court judges has found that President Jacob Zuma failed to fulfil his constitutional duty by ignoring the recommendations by the Public Protector, Thuli Madonsela. The highest court in the land delivered the seminal judgement in Johannesburg this morning. Judge President Mogoeng Mogoeng reiterated that the recommendations made by the Public Protector should have been adhered to.
