Taxi operators disrupt briefing on Uber

Metro Police were called to the scene at a building on Diagonal Street in Johannesburg, where meter taxi operators tried to attack and assault MEC for Transport, Ismail Vadi. Vadi was in the process of announcing new regulation to licence Uber taxi drivers, when metered taxi operators started accusing him of taking away their jobs. Pieter van der Merwe reports...
