Thuli Madonsela reacts to ConCourt's Nkandla ruling

The Public Protector, Thuli Madonsela addressed media briefing in Johannesburg on Thursday afternoon. She told journalists that the Constitutional Court restored hope in constitutional dream of many who depend on Public Protector. She said: "Today is a historical day and the judgment confirmed that no one is above the Constitution.
