American voters are hitting the polls in what has been described as that country's most devisive election.
Campaigning has been fierce between Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton and Republican candidate Donald Trump - with several scandals tainting both reputations.
In her campaign, Clinton has faced severe criticism over mishandling of classified information, while Trump has been in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons over his comments on foreign policy, and most recently about touching women inappropriately.
Results will start to streaming in early tomorrow morning.
