Martin and Tumi's 'Kids Advisory Board': How should children be punished?
Updated | By Lee-Roy Wright
Now that it is illegal to smack your child, how should children be punished?

Following a landmark judgement, the High Court has ruled that parents who smack their children will no longer be able to plead special defence in court if criminally charged.
That pretty much means that you are not allowed to smack your child anymore.
IOL reports that Judge Raylene Keightley "found the defence that allowed parents to physically discipline their children was inconsistent with the constitution".
Martin and Tumi gave the children the opportunity to speak out about how they should be disciplined.
