The South African government is facing a number of challenges during level 4 of the national lockdown.
As the police are dealing with the lockdown rules, some residents in South Africa are fed-up with their neighbours bending the lockdown rules.
Breakfast with Martin Bester sports presenter, Elma Smit, admits that she does not think twice about reporting someone.

"We live on big properties and there is no reason for me to hear the neighbours in their kitchen. When they do not listen, I make a call," the self-confessed 'Straatkaptein' admits.
Hundreds of people have been reported for ignoring the social distancing rules across the country.
