Geoduck clam, pronounced 'gooey duck', tastes sweet and is loved in Asian countries.

They have a unique shape with a long part called the siphon and the shell. The siphon houses the internal organs.

Geoduck can live for more than 100 years.

They can be eaten raw with spicy chilli sauce, sautéed, or in soups and stews.
