Mouth-watering creamy chicken livers recipe

Chicken livers are a healthy choice of meat. 

They are a great source of protein and contain high concentrations of many nutrients. 

According to Poultry protein, chicken livers contain iron, zinc, and vitamins. 

They can be enjoyed as a starter or can be served alongside your choice of vegetables.

500 g Chicken livers

1 tbsp Butter

1 tbsp Cooking oil

1 Onion

Crushed garlic 

125g Diced red pepper

Pinch of salt

Pinch of black pepper

1 tsp parsley

Chopped chilli 

100ml Cream


Heat pan.

Add cooking oil. 

Add butter. 

Put in chicken livers. 

Add salt. 

Add black pepper. 

Add paprika. 

Add oregano. 

Brown on each side for 3-5 minutes, depending on how hot the stove is. 

Remove the livers from the pan.

Add onions. 

Add crushed garlic. 


Add black pepper, paprika and oregano. 

Add red pepper. 

Add one fresh chilli. 

Sauté for five minutes until onions and red pepper is soft. 

Add 250ml of cream. 

Cook on medium for 2-3 minutes

Add chicken livers. 

Cook for five minutes. 

Add parsley.
