Mariah Carey and Metallica set to perform at the 2022 Global Citizen Festival

Global Citizen Festival is going bigger for its 10th anniversary! Here is a list of the artist who are booked to perform.

The biggest music festival in the world, Global Citizen, is around the corner!
This year's festival will be taking place on the 24th of September. The show promises to be bigger and better.
It will be taking place both in NYC's Central Park and Ghana's Black Star Square.
The line-up includes some of the biggest music stars from around the globe.

Metallica, Charlie Puth, Jonas Brothers, Måneskin, Mariah Carey, Mickey Guyton, and Rosalía are among the performers in the US leg.
It will also feature performances from Usher, SZA, Stormzy, Gyakie, H.E.R., Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, and Tems.
Global Citizen has promised that "it’s going to be a festival unlike any other!"
It has urged all of us to come together to make a positive impact in the world.
"Start taking action NOW for girls, for the planet, and to end poverty and earn your tickets at the link in our bio!" reads a message on GC's Instagram post.
"Global Citizen Festival will unite artists, world leaders, and Global Citizens to help empower girls and women, defend the planet, and end extreme poverty," reads a statement on the GC website.
