Sam Smith celebrates debut album's tenth anniversary with new edition

Sam Smith will treat fans to a new edition of their debut album, 'In The Lonely Hour'.
Sam Smith is celebrating ten years since the release of 'In The Lonely Hour'.
Smith has announced that they have reworked their first album, 'In The Lonely Hour', and will be releasing the new edition soon.
The announcement was made on X.
"In The Lonely Hour (10th Anniversary Edition). This year marks a decade since the release of my debut album. I feel so incredibly lucky to be celebrating this milestone with you. My team and I have created this beautiful anniversary edition for us all, and for the last 10 years," Smith wrote on IG.
The singer also announced that the album is not the only project to be released to celebrate ten years since they released the album.
"Today is only the beginning Sailors, we have so much to celebrate with you between now and August. I can’t wait to look back on ‘In The Lonely Hour’ together."
The album will be out on August 2nd.

Last week, Smith, who uses they/them pronouns, announced that they will be launching The Pink House podcast.
"I’m so delighted to announce that the first activation of my soon to be launched charitable foundation, The Pink House is The Pink House Podcast.This year I have been sitting down and recording interviews with truly inspirational leaders, guardians of their craft and revolutionary voices. These conversations have been truly wonderful, and they all enrich and inform our collective mission with The Pink House, which is to use knowledge and lived experience to support, and to protect, the lives of our beautiful community of queer/LGBTQIA+ people," they wrote on IG.
Smith's new podcast will create "a healing safe space for queer people and a roadmap for queer allies".
