Elections 2016: Results at 11:00
ANC secretary general Gwede Mantashe says they will retain Nelson Mandela Bay and Tshwane but says Johannesburg is very close with the DA.
Speaking at the IEC national results centre where results are still pouring in, Manstashe said they have already won 37 wards out of 60 in Nelson Mandela Bay metro.
