Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas reunite for epic performance
The Jonas Brothers kicked off their new tour with a surprise appearance from their 'Camp Rock' co-star Demi Lovato.
Joe Jonas and his ex-girlfriend, Demi Lovato, reunited for a special performance.
Lovato joined Joe and his brothers, Kevin and Nick Jonas, on night one of the 'JONAS20: Greetings From Your Hometown Tour' in New Jersey.
Before the 'Cool for the Summer' singer's appearance, the Jonas Brothers hinted they had a few surprises planned for the show.
However, fans did not expect to see their former 'Camp Rock' co-star taking to the stage.
The MetLife Stadium erupted loudly when Joe introduced Lovato to the stage. "Ladies and gentlemen, Demi Lovato," he said.
They sang a medley of songs from the 'Camp Rock' movie soundtrack, including 'Wouldn't Change a Thing' and 'This Is Me'.
Lovato and Joe perform both songs as a duet in the movie.
"Camp Rock era lives on. My childhood just screamed," One X user commented on a clip of their performance.
Another user wrote: "This is incredible. I'm crying."
Many fans are now hoping that a new 'Camp Rock' movie could be on the horizon, with the old cast working as camp counsellors.

Joe and Lovato confirmed they were dating in 2010 but called it quits shortly after.
However, they remained friends, with Joe telling Teen Vogue, "In this business it's really hard to find people who are going to be there for the rest of your life. When I met Demi, I knew right away that our friendship was really strong. I don't want to lose that ever."
Lovato married fellow musician Jordan 'Jutes' Lutes in May.
He was spotted cheering her on backstage during her performance on Sunday.
"Couldn't be more proud … I love u sooo much baby," he captioned a video of his wife walking out onto the stage.
Lovato reposted the clip to her Instagram Stories: "I love you sm [so much], honey."
Virginia is next up on the 'JONAS20: Greetings From Your Hometown Tour'.
