Refentse to open for Lady Antebellum
It's been confirmed! Refentse Morake will be the supporting act for the international superstars, Lady Antebellum, when they tour South Africa, for the first time, in October.
South Africa's Refentse Morake has been added as the special guest supporting act performing in Cape Town and Johannesburg during Lady Antebellum's You Look Good World Tour.
Refentse's musical career has skyrocketed since becoming an overnight online sensation in 2015 and in less than a year after releasing his debut album, "My haart bly in 'n taal", he shot to double platinum status.

Refentse's talent first came under the spotlight when Cecilia Kruger Marchionna, a resident from his home town, recorded cell phone videos of him performing his renditions of Laurika Rauch's "Lisa se Klavier", Bok van Blerk's "De la Rey" and Ed Sheraan's "Thinking out loud"- and uploaded them to social media, where they spread like wildfire.
He caught the eye of singer, Karen Zoid who saw him captivating crowds during a street performance and later that same evening, he was introduced to various prominent South African artists.
He has never looked back since.
