Mom guilt is real! Rolene Strauss says she is tired but happy.

The former Miss South Africa has shared some words of encouragement for guilt-ridden mothers who wear many hats.

"Are you also torn between the different roles you play?" she captioned an Instagram picture of her youngest child resting on her chest.

Strauss has three children with her husband D'Niel.

"For me, the ambitious businesswoman and present mother meet each other in the early hours of the morning. It’s the time of day when the world is still asleep… and the guilt sometimes whispers the loudest," she continued.

Some of the things she feels guilty about as a mom include:

  • Wanting more
  • Being tired
  • For loving both motherhood and meaningful work

Strauss tells moms they are "not alone in the juggle".

"In those quiet, blurry-eyed moments, I remind myself that it’s okay to feel stretched and grateful. Exhausted and fulfilled. Tired… but truly happy."

The beauty queen turned businesswoman's fans say they "needed to read this today".

"The juggle is real," one mom commented.

Another woman encouraged moms to enjoy every moment.

"Story of my life. There is a day that you will bath with him for the last time, a day that you packed his lunchbox a last time. Swing him, washed his hair a last time.... and you won't know when it's that day. I try to cherish every moment. Every memory and take memory pictures."

Strauss recently announced that she is starting a new business venture, Love, Lolla, which is a name her family calls her.

"A quiet dream I’ve carried is finally unfolding… Something I pray would speak to the hearts of women like you. Women navigating motherhood, identity, purpose, and faith… just like I am. And because this dream feels so personal, I decided to name it just as I’d sign a heartfelt letter to a loved one: Love, Lolla."

She also shared the inspiration behind the brand.

"Love, Lolla is a faith-filled stationery brand created to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the truth of who God says you are. Whether you’re in a season of growth, healing, or simply craving stillness… you’re so welcome here."

Just another day in the life of a mom taking care of her children and following her dreams.
