87 drunk drivers arrested in Gauteng

A total of 87 drunk drivers were arrested in Gauteng between Friday and Sunday, said Gauteng traffic police.

 

They would be charged with driving under the influence of alcohol when they appeared in various courts on Monday, spokeswoman Busaphi Nxumalo said in a statement.

 

She said the operation to arrest drunk drivers was continuing.
